This is the best gingerbread I have ever made. It is simple and I had all the ingredients with the exception of the molasses which I substituted some Pure and Simple honey. Omg! I could not stop eating it. I will be using this recipe as my go to Gingerbread. Loved, loved, love it.

    Thank you Mason

I’m going to make this today but I didn’t notice what sized pan to use? I may use a glass 9×9 if I have extra I’ll make a cupcake or two.

    • Thank you so much for trying my recipe.. a 9×9-inch pan will work perfectly for this gingerbread; Just fill it about 2/3 full, if you have a little extra batter, making a cupcake or two is a great idea.. start checking the cupcakes around 18–22 minutes and the 9×9 pan around 30–35 minutes.. until a toothpick comes out clean.
