Ingredients
  

Pudding

  • 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener (e.g., maple syrup, honey) or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Toppings (Optional)

  • Extra peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Fresh berries
  • Chopped nuts

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a jar or bowl, combine chia seeds, cocoa powder, sweetener, peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and there are no clumps of chia seeds.
  • Cover the mixture and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until the pudding has thickened.
  • Before serving, stir the pudding again and add your desired toppings.

Notes

For a creamier texture, blend all ingredients (except chia seeds) first, then stir in the chia seeds. Adjust sweetener to your preference. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
